REFUND
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We always try our best to make it right with all our customers.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
items cannot be returned or refunded if damaged. Once the item is received please keep it in brand new condition. If the item is worn, outside or in the house, it doesn’t qualify for a return. If liquid or food is dropped on the items and have stains on it please do not return it to us because that is no longer a good product. Any marks placed on the products doesn’t qualify it for a return. Please take care of our items if you wish to return. get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We have a 14 Day Exchange Policy. which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchanges are very easy and simple. Simply contact us and let us know you want to exchange with your order number or name on the order. Let us know what you ordered and what the issue is. Then let us know what you wish to exchange it with. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong size or wrong color or wrong items, we will take the responsibility for our mistake and send you a return label to return it to us. However if you if the customer accidentally selected the wrong items, incorrect sizes or select the wrong color, you have to take the responsibility to send it back to us because that mistake is yours and not ours.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
